Parking Policy

*parking inside the compound is only available to PAL’S on the beach guests.

*DO NOT leave your valuables in your vehicle, PAL’S is not responsible for any items stolen out of your vehicle.

*PAL’S in not responsible for vehicles parked on the street side or anywhere outside of the gated compound.

*PAL’S is excluded from all liability for loss or damage to vehicles parked in the compound wherein the theft or damage  may result directly from the intentional/unintentional or otherwise irresponsible acts of neglect by the guest or vehicle owner.

*PAL’S is not responsible for any intentional damage or destruction of property committed by a guest’s family or relatives or acquaintances.

Deposit and Cancellation policies

DEPOSIT POLICY

  • To confirm your booking a deposit of 50% is required immediately, full payment must be received within 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival receive a full refund less $25BZD + 12.5% General Sales Tax processing fee per room.

  • Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival receive a 50% refund per room. Cancellations 15 days or less prior to arrival receive no refund.

  • No refunds will be given for unused package portions, accommodations.

  • No refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms

  • Your credit card company may have additional charges for foreign transactions.

  • There may be credit card, and BANK CHARGES/EXCHANGE RATE CHARGES added to the balance authorized for credit card charges.

  • Please note that we do not have any control over these charges which they make directly to you. We charge only the amount that you authorize to us.

  • We accept VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER CARD for payments.
